1. Thoroughly wet your scalp and hair with lukewarm water (below 38°C) and carefully pre-wash. Pre-washing thoroughly will improve shampoo lather and reduce friction damage. Washing with hot water can accelerate color fading.

2. Lather an appropriate amount in your palm, then apply to your scalp and hair, working it into a lather. Massage with your fingertips or a spatula. For a fluffy lather, work your hands around to incorporate air without rubbing.

3. Once the lather has been distributed throughout your scalp and hair, leave it on for 3 minutes as a foam pack. The lather acts as a cushion, adhering evenly to your hair. The repairing and moisturizing ingredients penetrate deeply, leaving your hair feeling smoother after shampooing. Rinse thoroughly after 3 minutes.
