1) The formula is designed to be gentle enough for daily use.
2) Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste onto a soft-bristled toothbrush.
3) Brush thoroughly for two minutes, using small, gentle movements directed from the gums towards the teeth.
4) Avoid scrubbing too hard to protect your enamel and gums.
5) Brush twice a day, ideally in the morning and at night before bed.
6) Spit out the excess toothpaste once you are finished. Do not rinse your mouth with water, as leaving a small amount of the residue allows the active ingredients (like fluoride and hydroxyapatite) to continue protecting and mineralising your teeth.
7) For the best efficacy, avoid eating or drinking for at least 30 minutes after brushing.
