1) Use once or twice a day after brushing your teeth.
2) Rinse in a closed mouth for 30–60 seconds, then spit out.
3) For optimal results, it is recommended not to eat or drink for 30 minutes after use.
4) Note: This mouthwash is intended as a supplement to regular dental hygiene and does not replace brushing. Do not swallow, rinse mouth with water post-use, or use in association with other mouthwash products.
5) Do not use in case of a known hypersensitivity or allergy to one or more ingredients. For adults only; keep out of reach of children.
