Terms and Conditions – Double Points Event 

Event Period 

• Online Purchases: Valid from 12:00 AM on 6th December 2024 to 11:59 PM on 9th December 2024. 

• In-Store Purchases: Valid during store operating hours from 10:00 AM on 6th December 2024 to 10:00 PM on 9th December 2024. 

 

Eligibility 

• Open to all KENS Rewards members (Normal, Silver, Gold, Platinum). 

• Customers must log into their accounts for online purchases or provide identification (phone number) for in-store purchases to qualify. 

 

Earning Points 

• Members will earn 2 points for every RM1 spent on eligible purchases during the event period. 

• Excluded Transactions: 

• Facial services. 

• Purchases involving discounts, promotional offers, GWPs (gifts with purchase), or vouchers in the same transaction. 

• Double points will not be retroactively applied to purchases made before or after the event period. 

 

Redemption of Double Points 

• Double points earned during this event can be redeemed for cash vouchers in the next redemption cycle, subject to the standard KENS Rewards Program terms and conditions. 

• Redemption periods occur twice annually in January and July. 

• Maximum redemption: 20,000 points per cycle.

General Terms 

• Points earned under the Double Points Event will be allocated to both tier points and accumulated points within the KENS Rewards Program. 

• Points will reflect in the member's account within 24 hours of purchase completion. 

• KENS Apothecary reserves the right to verify transactions and adjust or revoke points in cases of fraudulent activity or misuse of the program. 

• KENS Apothecary reserves the right to modify, amend, or cancel the terms and conditions of the event at any time without prior notice.

• Cash vouchers earned through redemption are valid for in-store use only.
