Terms and Conditions – Double Points Event

1. Event Period 

• Online Purchases: Valid from 12:00 AM on 5th December 2025 to 11:59 PM on 8th December 2025. 

• In-Store Purchases: Valid during store operating hours from 10:00 AM on 5th December 2025 to 10:00 PM on 8th December 2025. 

2. Eligibility 

• Open to all KENS Rewards members (Normal, Silver, Gold, Platinum). 

• Customers must log into their accounts for online purchases or provide identification (phone number) for in-store purchases to qualify. 

3. Earning Points 

• Members will earn 2 points for every RM1 spent on eligible purchases during the event period. 

• Excluded Transactions: Facial services. 

• Discounts, promotional offers, GWPs (gifts with purchase), or vouchers cannot be applied during the Double Points Period. 

• Double points will not be retroactively applied to purchases made before or after the event period. 

4. Redemption of Double Points 

• Double points earned during this event can be redeemed for cash vouchers in the next redemption cycle, subject to the standard KENS Rewards Program terms and conditions. 

• Cash vouchers are valid for in-store purchases only and cannot be used for online transactions.

6. General Terms 

• Points earned under the Double Points Event will be allocated to both tier points and accumulated points within the KENS Rewards Program. 

• Points will reflect in the member's account within 3 days after purchase completion. 

• KENS Apothecary reserves the right to verify transactions and adjust or revoke points in cases of fraudulent activity or misuse of the program. 

• KENS Apothecary reserves the right to modify, amend, or cancel the terms and conditions of the event at any time without prior notice. 

7. Liability Disclaimer 

• KENS Apothecary is not responsible for any technical or system errors that may delay or prevent the allocation of points. Customers are encouraged to contact customer service for assistance if discrepancies occur.
