1) Every other day, use on a dry, unwashed scalp as a pre-shampoo treatment: Apply 10-15 drops, evenly distributed across your scalp, and massage in for 1-2 minutes.
2) Wash your hands and wait 10-20 minutes for the formula to warm up and cool down.
3) Shampoo and rinse well.
4) Do not use on a sensitive scalp.
5) Avoid use for 2 days before and 2 days after in-salon chemical services.
6) Not recommended for pregnant or nursing women without consultation with your physician.
