1) Apply Rejuvenating Oil liberally to dry, unwashed hair, starting from the roots, and work it in with your fingers down to the ends.
2) To help the oil sink in quickly, warm your hair with a blow dryer for one to two minutes. (Can be left on overnight before washing).
3) Before wetting your hair, apply a generous dose of Peppermint Avocado Shampoo and massage into oiled hair for 2-3 minutes to release excess oil from the hair shaft.
4) Gradually add small amounts of water and work into a lather.
5) Rinse with warm water.
6) If desired, reapply Peppermint Avocado Shampoo and rinse again.
7) For best results, use one to two days before a colour treatment, so your colour comes out looking richer and shinier.
