Remove the sheets from the pouch and unfold the face mask.
Place the side without liners against your skin. The heart shaped area should be positioned on the upper left side of your face.
Peel off the liner and gently smooth the mask onto your face, ensuring full contact with your skin.
Lift the jaw band and attach it to both sides of the cheeks to anchor the mask and press them gently into place.
Leave the mask on for 15-20 minutes.
