Courier service: Ninja Van Malaysia

  • We only ship within entire Malaysia.
  • Shipping rate: RM8 ( West Malaysia ) and RM20 (East Malaysia ).
  • Free shipping with minimum spend of RM350 ( West Malaysia ).

Business days
Monday – Friday, 10AM – 5PM.

Processing time
All order(s) will be processed immediately to our warehouse for packing process. Customer will received an email notification on the tracking number. Estimate date to ship out from warehouse within 2-3 working days due to packing purpose.

Estimate date of delivery

  • West Malaysia : 2-5 working days
  • East Malaysia : Up to 14 working days

 

Track Order

We will email you the tracking number for tracking purpose on the next working days. If you don’t received any, please check via junk / spam email.

Do place an order before 9AM to be process and ship in the same day as your order. If not, all orders will be packed on the next working days.

Tracking Number

Tracking number will reflect once the orders already been pickup by courier. Do note that some of the tracking number will update within 24 hours once the parcel already been pickup.

Change Delivery Address

Do dm us via IG / FB (KENS Apothecary) or email (sales@kensapothecary.com.my) immediately if you want to change the delivery address. Once orders already been pickup by courier, we’re unable to change the address.

Damage / Incomplete Items

Do dm us via IG / FB (KENS Apothecary) or email (sales@kensapothecary.com.my) if you want have received any damage / incomplete items as in your order.

Gift Wrapping

Kindly be inform that we don’t have gift wrapping via online purchase. However you may place an order via our store and our staff will assist on it.
