BODY CLEANSER: Dispense directly onto your hands or a damp sea sponge and massage over wet skin. Rinse thoroughly. For a relaxing bath, pump a teaspoon of product into running water.

BODY CREAM: Massage gently into skin concentrating on the driest areas such as elbows and knees. Excellent for dry skin, but suitable for all skin types, including oily skin.
